Our school commenced classes on 1st Muharram 1417Hijri (May 19, 1996). Over a period of almost twenty years, considerable developments have taken place in our school in several areas. The academic structure has developed from primary to higher secondary, and now offers undergraduate classes as well. We offer education in arts, sciences, and commerce for both boys and girls. The campus is spread over a large area of 24 acres of land. Currently we have 25 class rooms, three Science Laboratories, Computer Laboratory, Library, Hall, vast sports grounds and sizable open space for other extra-curricular activities.
Munir Arshad Memorial Schools derive their vision from a verse of the Holy Quran “ Rabbe-Zidnillma ” and directive of the Holy Prophet (pbuh)”to acquire knowledge is binding upon all Muslims, male and female”. Keeping these values in mind, our institution aims to provide quality education to girls and boys for a very nominal fee and free education to the orphans and destitute.
It gives me immense pride and satisfaction that as a founding principal, I have remained associated with this noble cause from when we sowed the first seeds to now harvesting the fruits of our labor. The sense of achievement to see the girls and boys of a backward area getting formal education and transforming into useful members of the community continues to motivate us to strive even more. At the MAMT Schools, the faculty and staff try their best to impart quality education to the students, develop their character, and inculcate in them leadership traits to prepare them to face the challenges of practical life and to play an active role in social development and progress of Pakistan. I believe that education is the right of every human being.
I would like to deeply appreciate Major General (R) Waheed-ud-Din Arshad Chairman of MAMT schools for his untiring commitment and continuous support for this noble cause. He has always played the role of a mentor and is an inspiration for the teachers and staff. I am honored to be the Principal of this noble institution.
